Tin Lizzie 18

This machine has a rocker switch for turning on the Tin Lizzie 18.  The switch to the right and you will be in stitch regulation, Stitch regulation on this machine and your Tin Lizzie will start in what is called the idle mode.  Here your Tin Lizzie 18 needle will move up and down in a slow motion and once you start to move the machine then the needle will speed up and slow down to keep the stitches close to the same size every stitch.  There are other factors which can effect the stitches such as rabbit starts or stops, needle deflection, tension to list a few.

The other mode that the Tin Lizzie 18 is capable of using is the speed or manual stitch .  This mode the machine is going to stitch at the speed you set the machine at.  The rate at which you move the machine will effect the stitch length.  You can make the machine speed faster or slower by adjusting the knob above the rocker switch.

The other item that makes this machine different from the LS is the needle up and down.  The sensor for this machine emits a light at the hand wheel which has two strips of metal tape.  This tape reflects the light and lets the internal workings of the control box know the position of the hand wheel.  When you stop the machine if he sensor reads a reflection then it will turn again until it gets the reading it is looking for and helps the machine stop in the correct needle up or down related to the position of the switch.

List Price for this Machine is $6995.00
